Designs with cultural blend from First Impressions Projects
The St. Andrews Beach, designed and constructed by First Impressions Projects , is a blend of traditional Japanese design and modern western style. This portrays the Japanese design where the inside and outside are fundamentally related by using natural material such as stone for fireplace, pebbled floors and rock drive, water for water bench, wet area of Japanese ensuite, vanity and water features. Paper is used for screens and glass is utilised for windows, water features and textured splashbacks.
First Impressions Projects’ moonah links development, overlooks the golf course and almost appears as natural fundamentals of the sandy, rugged landscape. Portraying the Mornington Peninsula lifestyle, these spacious homes integrate modern-day and energy-efficient design in compliance with the maximum standards.
First Impressions Projects’ Rye beachside dwelling is a skilful use of materials that has created two zones. The open plan living area hovers above the trees and overlooks the bay. The sleeping area is encased with timber and is lodged among the trees for privacy. The upper floor opens to a deck under a deep eave that acts as a blend between indoor and outdoor living.
