Finewood Products has been in the business of providing furniture made from Tasmanian oak and Victorian ash timber. Tasmanian oak is utilised by Finewood Products in the manufacture of cabinet doors, joinery doors, bench tops, beams and other products.
Joinery and cabinet doors manufactured from Tasmanian oak are provided by Finewood Products with various surface coatings. These surface coatings range from hardwearing high gloss to soft subtle oil tones. The surface coatings on these doors prevent staining of these doors.
Finewood Products provides laminated Tasmanian oak for bench tops and beams. This laminated oak comprises of solid timber strips having a length of one metre. These have been carefully seasoned and bonded under controlled conditions for manufacturing attractive and stylish bench tops. The laminated Tasmanian oaks supplied by Finewood Products are used in stair components, handrails and posts.
Finewood Products also provides about 12 different styles of hand crafted solid timber joinery doors. These hand crafted solid timber doors are included in The Tasmanian collection.
