Custom Built Castors by Fallshaw Wheels and Castors
Fallshaw Wheels and Castors has a wide standard range so it can usually meet your needs with a stocked product. However, if you have an unusual application, Fallshaw Wheels and Castors has the skill and the willingness to develop a custom built castor for your particular need.
Fallshaw can powder coat the metal components on its castors to coordinate with your equipment using any colour from the Interpon range (colour charts available from our sales offices).
Plastic components can also be moulded in any colour (to match samples supplied, or selected from Fallshaw Wheels and Castors’ wide range of standard colours - colour swatches available from its sales offices).
Fallshaw Wheels and Castors can pad print onto the thread guards of its castors to show your logo or artwork prominently.
The normal minimum order size for this kind of special is 500 pieces. However, if you are selecting from colours (components) already stocked for M Deluxe, Zen or Arc castors, Fallshaw Wheels and Castors can ties of assemble mix and match specials in minimum order quantities of 50 pieces.
Wheels can be shrink-wrapped to ensure that tyres fitted to your product stay clean throughout manufacturing and distribution -arriving at your customer brand new with no road dirt. Shrink wrap is available for M, D and Q wheels.
