Falcon Cooking Appliances presents the Professional + FXP Dual Fuel cookers with 3 pyrolytic self-cleaning programs and Energy Saving Panel (ESP) technology.
The Professional + FXP cookers offer a 108 litre oven, which can be converted to 49 litre through ESP technology, and 5 burner cooktops. The oven is also multi functional and includes features, such as defrost, fanned grilling, fan-assisted, conventional, browning element and base heat.
The oven also offers a dual circuit electric grill, triple glazed oven door, storage drawer, minute minder, as well as full width and half width shelves. The oven’s multi function also works in both full and ESP mode.
The 5 cooktops are single pice hot plates with cast iron pan supports. It also features a wok cradle and a Teppanyaki style griddle plate.
The Professional + FXP dual fuel cookers are available from Falcon Cooking Appliances in a choice of black and chrome or stainless steel and chrome finish.
