has released a range of flexible polyurethane ducting that combats internal abrasion. The PolyFlex range is available in lightweight, medium weight and heavyweight. It is a polyester polyurethane with a spring steel helix to provide maximum flexibility and strength. Clear in colour, the PolyFlex range can maintain temperature resistance rating from -40°C to +100°C and is supplied in 10m rolls or cut to length to order. PolyFlex lightweight and medium weight are used in applications including the suction of air, dusts, oil and petrol fumes. The heavyweight, with its PVC coating for tougher performance, is used mainly for the suction of abrasive materials and transport of granules. Eximo has engineered the range to handle airborne moisture without losing antistatic properties as they wear. All PolyFlex products can be custom-built in specific colours to allow colour coding of production lines.
