Entry level dust collector technology has been introduced by Eximo to the Australian market, to allow users simple installation procedures without compromising good performance.
The new Eximo Dust range of products includes dust collector technology, which separates the dust (about 98% of the content) before it actually reaches the filter to ensure a much longer filter life.
The entry level dust collector technology is inexpensive and supplied in completely modular flat packs, so it is easy to assemble by anyone with basic skill.
Eximo Dust range of dust collector works on a small footprint to provide an ideal ground floor space utilisation, yet it can also be mounted above any machinery from which it is cleaning dust output, therefore operating completely off the floor.
Eximo Dust range dust collectors can be situated inside or outside, on a rooftop or anywhere else. They are also quiet and clean in operation.
Because of the way the dust collector technology is built, a user does not have to use long ducting or large diameter ducting to reach just one dust collector.
With this technology, any factory or plant can have several little dust units so that only a little bit of ducting is used to connect to each unit to help save even more energy – a business commodity that is frequently becoming more expensive.
Even more returns are gained as the collectors are supplied with their own inbuilt fan. There are two models: reverse pulse and shaker unit.
Eximo dust collectors are ideal for the smaller business that wants to take the step up to a larger, more mainstream dust collector.
Being modular, collector units are fully expandable so additional units can be added as required. Each dust collector takes about 20 hours to put together and install.
Units are fully specified, so there is no option for extras. This technology allows Eximo to provide reverse pulse technology.
