Everbright Roofing Systems is launching a system that is a versatile translucent polycarbonate roofing and wall system that it says is unique to Australia.
The E610 system is distinguished by lightweight construction that can free span up to 4.38m in the flat plane and up to 12.0m free span for curved applications.
The company believes that with the increased strength on the system, it allows designers to take full advantage of its ability to create dramatic roofing features while taking away the need for any structure, thus maximising the light.
The installation time with this new roofing system is reduced by three times, with the added benefit that you can walk on the roof if required.
The E610 is a triple skinned extrusion designed for use as a roofing and wall medium. It provides a soft, naturally diffused light and thus avoids the problem of excessive glare which commonly occurs with other forms of glazing.
Everbright E610 is available in a wide range of colours, however the standard colours are; opal, clear and blue.
The benefits also include that the roof is UV Protected, has excellent thermal properties, does not require a structure and is rapidly constructed with panels that simply slot together. The roof system also has good sound reduction qualities and panels come in sizes of 74mm thick and 100mm wide.
