Era Polymers , headquartered in Sydney, is engaged in the marketing and manufacturing of wide gamut of polyurethane products around the world. Era Polymers, inaugurated in 1986, has recently advanced to the polyurethane market. Era Polymers with the warehouse unit in New South Wales provides wide range of flexible and rigid polymers. Era Polymers also provides elastomer base for polyester, polyether, MDI, etc.
The product portfolio of Era Polymers includes silicones and ancillary products such as primers, pigments, release agents, curatives and pigments, polyurethane foams, elastomers, Capatol AB Series, etc.
Era Polymers offers wide variety of polyurethane foams that range from rigid spray foams to flexible integral skin foams. The Erathane SR Series of foams features two component spray system that is known to rigid spray foam. The foams generated are known for the physical properties such as good surface finish, compression strength and a high level of insulation. Optimisation of the processability to low viscosities enables spraying.
Erathane SR Series requires a minimum pressure of about 1000psi for spraying. Erathane SR Series is typically used for silos, animal shelters, roof insulation and refrigerated rooms.
Era Polymers offers Erathane MF Series, which is a rigid moulding foam system that can be used for manufacturing garden ornaments, simulated wood products, picture frames, fishing lures and special effect products.
