The Built in frame of this roof space ladder has pre-drilled holes, allowing speedy installation. Other features include thermal insulation along with an EPDM rubber draft. The hatch is fitted with a lock in order to provide extra security.
Different models of roof space ladders are offered by Enzie Stairs. The Delux timber model has a satin white laminate finish, accompanied by gas piston. It is suitable for ceilings up to 2600 mm. Other models include Delux aluminium, Economy timber, Concertina, and Fire rated Delux Aluminium.
Roof space ladders, designed by Enzie Stairs, are available with optional extras, such as guardrails and handrails. Guardrails can be placed around the roof space ladder opening and are made of aluminium or timber, while handrails can be fixed to one side of the top section of the ladders if required.
