The services offered by Empower Messaging are delivered in two parts-message packs and applications. Applications are delivered over the internet and are accessed through the browser. This method of delivering applications is known as ‘software on demand’ or ‘software as a service’. These applications replace the traditional purchase model. This model requires the user to pay a simple monthly user fee for accessing the service. Instead of managing the whole associated software and hardware, the client can pay the fee whenever required and avail the service.
Message packs offered by Empower Messaging are purchased as prepaid bundles of credits to deliver the messages through SMS, MMS or email. Message packs are available in different denominations that will scale the purchase in accordance with the needs and requirements.
