Empire Ceramics provides walling systems and brick tiles
Empire Ceramics provides walling systems which comprise of 25mm thick bricks which are cut from a normal brick. The brick is also grooved on the top edge. This grooving locks the bricks to the rails thus preventing corrosion and rusting. The rails of the walling systems are fixed to the framework. The bricks are then mounted on the rails after which they are mortared into position.
The brick and railing system offered by Empire Ceramics is made of zincalume steel. This material offers durability to the rail system even under harsh weather conditions. Silicon sealing is also provided for this wall system from Empire Ceramics. This system provides extra protection so that water ingress is prevented.
The rails from Empire Ceramics are made of a formed steel plate which has an overall height of 87mm. The rails are fixed to a substrate through flat headed cadmium coated nails or through screw fixing methods. The rails and walling systems provided by Empire Ceramics are assessed for structural adequacy. Stud framing, nails, battens and other components are also assessed.
