Empire Ceramics offers rust and corrosion resistant rails
Empire Ceramics offers various products including brick tiles, modular brick fencing, brick and rail systems. The brick and rail systems offered by Empire Ceramics are fully automated. Brick cutting machinery which has very quick processing time is used by Empire Ceramics. This results in quality brick facings. Bricks, pavers and sandstone with various finishes are also offered by Empire Ceramics.
The rails provided by Empire Ceramics also engage brick facings. Thus water does not accumulate in the rails as water goes to the motor through capillary action. The rail is about 25-27mm thick and it is also resistant to rust. Since Empire Ceramics uses galvanium steel for the rails they are protected from rust and corrosion.
Bricks of standard size are available form Empire Ceramics. Thicker or thinner bricks can also be made by Empire Ceramics depending on the requirement. Double faced bricks are commonly produced by Empire Ceramics; with other blends other types of double sided bricks can also be produced.
Corner bricks are another specialty of Empire Ceramics. These bricks are used so that brick sills and sides of windows are revealed.
