Disabled Access for Macquarie Park headquarters
Australian Disabled Access Consultants prepared and successfully negotiated approval to a development application for S2 Corporation, a major structural engineering company to relocate its headquarters the from Pyrmont to 54 Delhi Road, Macquarie Park, New South Wales.
S2 Corporation’s office location and design layout required disabled access facilities in terms of:
Continuous safe paths of travel within the building and from the car parking area; building entry width and access; elevator location and access; doorway widths and corridor widths; toilet facilities; floor-ceiling heights along all movement pathways; suite design layout and furniture fit-out; parking and driveway arrangements.
The premises have been occupied and the disabled access facilities proved successful.
