When specifying a product to be used in a project, it is taken for granted that the product specified will be what is delivered. Unfortunately, this is not always so. Quality products are all too often substituted for lower cost, inferior grade materials. This often goes unnoticed until something goes wrong and the entire floor needs to be replaced.
Style recognise the importance of protecting the reputation of their quality flooring product at any cost. Recently, Style won a case against a Chinese manufacturer of bamboo flooring for a breach of patent of their strand woven technology. Several more patent infringement cases are pending.
Style flooring has been created to provide the look and feel of traditional timber flooring, whilst combining high performance characteristics and resource efficiency. Made from mature moso bamboo, the hardness of Style flooring is more than one and a half times that of most hardwoods – on the Janka Hardness scale it rates 15.3 kN. Six scratch-resistant UV pre-finished coatings make Style flooring very hardwearing and ideal for heavy traffic areas. Style flooring is also environmentally friendly, and is the only bamboo flooring with the tick of approval from Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA).
Style flooring is available in an extensive range of available colours. Three natural colours are complemented by five stained colours - ranging from warm and earthy browns to a rich red, through to a striking dark, liquorice brown - Autumn, Gunstock, Sienna, Saddle and Flint.
The Style flooring range is supplied by Eco Flooring Systems - BT Bamboo in NSW and the ACT.
