Easycraft has produced contemporary sheet and panel products since 1980s, when Guido Bloch, the company's managing director recognised a huge demand for timber products for rebuilding houses in Brisbane.
Easycraft products specialises in walls and ceilings and helps in reducing the installation time by half. Easycraft stepped in when renovators wanted to retain the genuine look in their designs but were held back when installation process posed a major drawback in this area.
Easycraft later added new profiles to their broad range of products in order to meet the huge commercial demand. Easycraft came up with easyclad, a high impact resistant exterior grade with 9.5mm, easyclad Vj with 101mm, and easyclad Regency with 150mm thickness, which are known for their durability and minimum fibre swell properties.
Easycraft's easyclad tends to retain the traditional tongue and groove baords at a reduced cost. Easycraft's other contemporary products like easybeaded, Easyvj, EasyRegency, easyline (9mm to 1200mm), easydado, easyclear, and easy curve boords offer similar premium qualities.
Easycraft products are all made from Medium Density Fibreboard. Easycraft in 1999 began to coat its timbers with a special undercoat to give a smoother, finer finish which resulted in minimal preparation before painting.
