Recently Duplex Cleaning Machines had an enquiry, from a new customer, investigating the specialised uses of various Duplex Cleaning Machines products. This potential customer was interested in starting a cleaning service company that focused on specialised niche cleaning markets rather than a traditional standard cleaning operation.
From the conversation came the following specialised niche cleaning market possibilities:
- Chewing gum removal
- Flotex commercial carpet maintenance and restoration;
- Timber vinyls
- Profiled rubber and safety floors
- Pulastic sports floors
- Tiles and grout
- Commercial kitchens and
- Graffiti removal to name a few.
Soon after discussing various niche cleaning market product possibilities with the Duplex representative the enquirer purchased a JetVac Professional steam vacuum with a chewing remover attachment. It appeared the Duplex customer had found his specialised niche cleaning service market.
The purchase was made following an enquiry from a local Hungry Jacks that had a problem with chewing gum litter. Chewing gum was outside the store, in the drive through, inside the store and also under tables.
The Duplex customer in Sydney had seen the effectiveness of the JetVac in a previous demonstration and thought it could be a good opportunity to make some money, especially with the efficiency of the JetVac in removing up to 400 pieces of chewing gum per hour.
So after being trained by a Duplex Representative in the correct operation of the JetVac and chewing gum remover the Duplex Cleaning Machines customer confidently visited the Hungry Jacks venue at $75 an hour.
Not only was the Hungry Jacks manager happy to pay the $75 per hour but the Hungry Jacks manager was that impressed with the result that the Duplex customer was recommended to a further three Hungry Jacks stores.
