Dulux Acra-Tex systems are engineered to deliver seamless high build coating solutions extending the lifecycle of masonry cement structures.

Dulux AcraTex systems deliver the key requirements for the long term protection of all types of new and previously coated masonry surfaces
Surfaces include brick and block work, off form and precast concrete, cementitious renders, sand and cement rendered surfaces, Hebel, blueboard, cement sheeting and reinforced concrete
It can also be used as a facade refurbishment system for aged and weathered cement based surfaces and as an anti-carbonation protective coating for new and previously coated concrete bridges

High Performance Surface Coatings
Dulux Acra-Tex coating systems, applied by specialist trained applicators, are highly flexible and protect the surface against water ingress, carbon dioxide and chloride ion attack whilst resisting dirt pickup from pollution or salt air attack.

Dulux AcraTex solutions are designed to be integrated to optimise performance and durability life cycles. Typically this forms a “3-step process” following correct surface preparation:

Primer Coat - Acra-Prime key function is to bind, consolidate and stop alkali attack with maximum adhesion to masonry-cement based surfaces.
Intermediate/Body Coat - Acra-Tex Texture or Intermediate body coat delivers the system’s selected finish and performance build coat in a seamless, high build, flexible coating.
Shieldcoat/Topcoat - AcraShield is a seamless elastomeric protective topcoat that is applied as the performance barrier layer against water ingress, UV attack, atmospheric pollution and dirt pick-up. Available across the full Dulux exterior colour range.
