Trimatrx powder coating for MDF from Dulux

Trimatrx powder coating for MDF
Especially designed for use on engineered MDF timber,
Dulux Trimatrx
powder coating brings more flexibility to powder coating.
With Dulux Trimatrx, you can evolve your designs to include adventurous shapes like smooth round corners, soft bevelled edges, and functional or aesthetic perforations.
Dulux Trimatrx has been independently proven to be a low chemical emitting product, with a 10 – 30 fold decline in formaldehyde emission levels compared to raw MDF board, enabling you to reach Green Star Points when specified as part of a compliant system.
The innovative low cure powder coating formulation delivers all the benefits of conventional powder coating; including surface hardness, flexibility and stain resistance. Available in an inspirational range of traditional and contemporary colours, almost any colour can be prepared in a solid or pearlescent finish.
Easy colour matching with other surfaces, such as wall or trim paints, opens up even more possibilities for any project requiring a finish over 100m2 of board.
Dulux Trimatrx is ideal for many building projects from large commercial fit-outs to residential joinery. Specific applications include workstations, table tops, built-in furniture, partitions, selected panelling, shop-fitting, commercial shelving, ceiling systems, point of sale, exhibition displays, digital UV environment imaging and pre-coated board products.
To meet specified standards, Dulux Trimatrx can only be applied by Dulux Registered HSS (Heat Sensitive Substrate) Applicators. This ensures that the finished product meets international standards for MDF substrates including DIN 68930 Standard for Laminated Surfaces and AS/NZS 4266 Reconstituted Wood Based Panels - Methods of Test.
