Trimatrx powder coatings takes design to new levels while adding credibility to designers’ green credentials.
While powder coating has long been recognised as an environmentally friendly coating, Trimatrx powder coating takes its green credentials even further. Containing no solvents and no water, more than 95% of the product can be utilised.
The great news for designers is that powder coating is no longer restricted to metal substrates. Dulux Trimatrx brings powder coating to heat-sensitive substrates such as MDF board and can be introduced where custom shapes, sizes and finishes are required.
It is designed to cure at low temperatures and provide a good surface hardness, flexibility and chemical resistance normally found on metal substrates. Virtually any colour can be manufactured in a solid, textured or pearlescent finish.
Trimatrx can fill a key role in contributing to Green Star Rating Points which are certified by the Green Building Council of Australia. GBCA aims to drive sustainability via green building programs, technologies and practices. Its Green Star Ratings recognise buildings that have been certified for their environmental merit.
