Applications
CSR Gyprock StrataWall™ is a superior yet easy to install inter-tenancy wall system, designed to meet the Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements for fire protection and noise abatement in multi-residential developments. CSR Gyprock StrataWall™ is specifically suited for non-load bearing separating walls for Class 2 and 3 buildings that have concrete floors. Systems are available with FRL -/60/60 to FRL -/120/120 and sound ratings to meet and exceed the BCA requirements.

CSR Gyprock has designed different configurations of Gyprock StrataWall™ to suite a variety of installation requirements including wet areas, with flexibility for increased acoustic and fire performance.
Typical application = Single Cavity, Double Cavity, Service Cavity, Double Cavity (25mm fire barrier)



General Advantages
Gyprock StrataWall™ has an exclusive, revolutionary metal top and bottom folding track system that allows for rapid installation with less lifting required than for conventional drywall systems. The folding track (patent pending) allows easy installation of fire barrier and wall linings as per normal decorative linings. The Benefits; Fire Integrity, its simple design and interlocking panels allow for easy installation of the IBS rod (fire seal)
Acoustic Performance is achieved by the combination of mass and absorption and system flexibility. Narrow footprint, the effective acoustic performance enables a narrow footprint (Min 153mm) still meeting the BCA requirements. Flexibility in design, the simple design of StrataWall allows excellent flexibility in design to allow for varying footprint, acoustic performance or additional services.
