The SK300 is a multi-tasker
DITCH Witch recently released the SK300, a versatile mini skid steer designed to perform a range of utility and construction tasks. The all-in-one machine transforms from a trencher to a loader, a pallet lifter, an augering machine.
A track-mounted, stand-on platform skid steer, the SK300 offers a 13-hp Honda engine and 136 kg rated operating capacity (measured at 35 per cent of tip capacity). Independent dual hydrostatic ground drives to provide a zero turning radius. With its minimal ground pressure, the SK300 can gain access to sites that larger machines cannot, while minimising damage to existing turf.
The SK300 claims to have an intuitive operator interface, allowing a novice operator to become proficient on the machine in a relatively short period of time. The Ditch Witch organisation specialises in the design and manufacture of underground construction equipment.
