The DC303, available from Dalchem , is a two-component rigid urethane casting compound. The DC303 cures to approximately Shore 65D and is tan in colour.
Benefits:
The DC303 rigid urethane casting compound is rapid setting and demonstrates more flexibility than other similar materials. Plasticast is compatible with a wide range of fillers and can reproduce intricate detail as a result of its low viscosity.
The DC303 system is easy to process with a 1:1 ratio and has a low setting exotherm temperature of only 77°C. Plasticast can be demoulded in 1 - 3 hours dependent on cast thickness.

The DC303 rigid urethane casting compound is used in architectural models, model kits, collectibles, masters and prototypes, decorative component, pattern and foundry tooling, mirror and picture frames, ornament mouldings.
