Since 2001 DTAC has embarked on research and development to create a range of environmentally sustainable products and business systems. Beginning with design, and by using the best and most appropriate materials for the intended application, a DTAC product will not complete its life cycle until DTAC collects and remanufactures.
Through DTAC's Customer Care program, they keep detailed records of all project particulars. This documentation is given to the client at the end of a project which allows for transparent accountability of DTAC to the end client. DTAC's sustainability policy is now available for viewing online.
DTAC is affliated with the Green Building Council of Australia and advocates its mission as an industry lobby group for sustainable building practices.
DTAC is also affiliated with the Property Council of Australia and with the Master Builders Association of Australia.
