DMF International offers a range of rapid roll doors incorporating an anti crash feature to eliminate any damage to the door during impact.
A specialist manufacturer and supplier of high speed industrial doors, DMF International believes that all high speed doors in forklift traffic applications are at risk of being impacted during operation.
Repair costs can vary depending on the severity of the impact, ranging from simply re-straightening the bottom bar to requiring a complete replacement of the bottom bar system, resulting in high costs and downtime.
DMF’s high speed doors incorporate an anti crash feature, which allows the door blade if impacted, to non destructively release from the guides, preventing damage to the door.
The door blade will automatically re-align into the guides and the door can be put back into immediate operation, ensuring peace of mind to management and keeping operational costs low.
These high speed doors with anti crash feature are however not suitable for all applications, especially in openings exposed to high wind pressure, as the door may be subject to blowing in under gusty conditions.
In addition to manufacturing their own doors in Sydney, DMF is also the exclusive agent for the German Efaflex range of specialised high speed doors.
