Custom Clad Aluminium Composite Panels

Custom Clad aluminium composite panels are light weight, high in strength and rigid in structure.
They are composed of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two sheets of aluminium.
The surface of the panel is covered with a protective peel off foil.

Applications for Aluminium Composite Panels include:

Spandrel panels
Feature areas
Cladding of columns
Steel structures

Fire Resistant Aluminium Composite Panels

The fireproofing aluminium plastic composite panel is a kind of new composite material skinned with coated aluminium alloy sheets and cored with non-combustible mineral.
It has excellent fire resistance compared to normal aluminium composite panels.
It is a environmentally friendly building material that offers excellent fire resistance and minimal gas generation when burnt.

Solid Aluminium Panels

Shaped solid aluminium panels are made of high strength aluminium alloy sheets in thickness of 2mm, 2.5mm, or 3mm.
A shaped solid aluminium panel consists mainly of aluminium sheet, ribs and ears for hanging.
The durability is 15 years.

Aluminium Honeycomb Panels

Custom Clad Aluminium Honeycomb Panel is a new development composite material which adopts international advanced composite technology, and the most advanced production process, of continuous plane heat composite, in China.
This conquers the shortcomings of traditional honeycomb panel such as brittleness, low anti-avulsion and impact characteristics, process difficulties and high costs.
