Cordell Information  presents the next version of their powerful estimating tool, Cordell Estimator construction estimating software.  

Under development for over 12 months, the latest version of Cordell Information’s online estimating software for builders and tradespeople features a new look and feel, and includes two brand new features:  

  • Cordell Project Scheduler tracks the progress of a job throughout all stages of the construction project
  • Job Cost Analysis Report helps builders track and monitor the costs for each job to avoid nasty cost overruns
Gary Thornley, Chief Estimator for Cordell Information is the key force behind the development of Cordell Estimator V5 construction software as the chief architect.

Cordell has also completed an overhaul of their pricing databases for the commercial, industrial and residential sectors to ensure that these reflect the products available in the Australasian marketplace.  

With 46 trade categories and 12,000 individual items, the Cordell Pricing Database is one of the most comprehensive and easy to use databases available today.
