- Two of the latest CP45 Neo Pick and Place machines to allow a placement speed of over 30,000 components per hour
- A nitrogen wave soldering machinery to ensure a cleaner and higher quality product, with a reduction or elimination of dross, while at the same time offering more flexibility in board design
- A new Heller Oven that uses advanced technology to provide higher airflow for enhanced temperature uniformity, repeatability and high-load handling
- A new Minilab Vapour Phase soldering machine to provide precise methods for temperature control during soldering, vital for soldering high power LED devices
Together with its leading R&D department, this set of tools has allowed Coolon Lighting to further established itself in Australian LED lighting manufacturing, fully prepared for any challenges of developing future technologies.
