Acid etching is done during paving process to remove stubborn stains and to prepare the surface for better bonding with the spray. High pressure cleaning is done to eliminate debris from the surface. Then priming is carried out, which later helps to improve the bond between base grout and concrete. Base grout is then applied on the surface followed by stencilling of desired design and pattern. Spraying is then processed to provide smooth and shining tile like finish. Anti-slip finishes are also available. Sealing is the final process carried out to protect the surface for long time.
