Several speakers have now been confirmed for the ‘concrete in the 3rd millennium’ seminar to be held at the 21st Biennial conference of the Concrete Institute of Australia running from July 17-19 at the Sheraton in Brisbane.

They include Professor Kenneth C Hover, Professor of Structural Engineering at Cornell University in the US, Len McSveney, market development manager of Golden Bay Cement in New Zealand and Peter Emmons, founder of the Structural Group, a US company which has been involved with the restoration and repair of concrete structures.

Leading concrete admixture and construction materials manufacturer has been named as the major sponsor of the conference.
