Dual grade lasers from Cody Corporation are available in various types. AMA DL dual grade laser is tough and durable with accuracy +/- 5mm per 100m. The AMA DL dual grade laser is waterproofed and dust proofed. The X-axis grade ranges from -5 to +20 percent and the Y-axis grade ranges from -7 to +7 percent. The dual grade laser works on maximum rotational speed of 1200 rpm and an inbuilt NiCad battery. The display is made through two high visibility backlit LCD displays.
Cody Corporation offer earthmoving receivers. The BE3+ machine control receiver comes with five channels of grade position and 178mm vertical reception window. The readings are displayed in the ultra-bright LED display unit. Auto shut off system present in the receiver enables the system to shut off after 75 minutes. Other features of the machine control receiver include 2 hour warning for low battery indicator, 40-hour battery life with NiMH batteries and 60-hour battery life with alkaline batteries. This can be placed to pipes with help of clamps.
