The rainwater tanks are manufactured with a high moulded-in 90mm overflow that allows for greater water capacity with less waste of storage without the cost of purchasing overflow brackets. A manhole strainer with a moulded in mosquito proof fly screen comes free with the above ground tank, ensuring the water is free from leaves, insects and animals.
As the above ground rain water tanks are moulded in one piece there are no joins in the plastic, providing a leak free water storage solution.
All rainwater tanks are made from polyethylene that is of food grade quality as recommended by Australian Standards. UV protection is built into the polyethylene which prevents brittleness and promotes long lasting plastic.
The straight wall design allows placement of outlets and taps at any point on the above ground rainwater tank and the raised area around the manhole prevents surface dust and dirty water of the dome roof from entering the tank.
Available in a wide choice of colours to co-ordinate with garden, roof or house, the above ground rainwater tanks do not require additional supports, straps or brackets as they are strong enough to stand alone. Larger tanks can also be placed up to 1 metre in the ground.
