The LockFast natural stone system is a new patented product which is Australian designed and engineered to ensure high quality control standards under Australian conditions.
The LockFast natural stone system is available in two colours and four patterns. Because of the ease of laying LockFast, using the Glue, Lock, Grout steps, it can be laid by a tiler or tradesmen with a minimum of labour required.
LockFast panel sizes are 1000mm x 500mm and the four patterns are Ashlar, Machine Cut Random, Hand Cut Random and Pebbles. Each panel is fully backed on a quality mesh and polyurethane glue. LockFast is hand cut and placed so that so that no panel is the same giving a delightful natural variation.
Architects and designers will be able to adapt the colours and texture of LockFast’s natural stone to bring depth and interest to a space and provide intriguing contrasts to steel, glass, concrete and brick.
The two colours, Savannah Gold and Bendigo Ash, will bring a special warmth and life to a project and the ungrouted panels allow for a selection of coloured and textured grouts for a superb finish.
LockFast interlocks in multiple directions and so there is no set grid. This creates more design flexibility.
LockFast saves up to 30% waste and there is no mess involved and most off-cuts can be reused on site saving valuable application time and money. It is presealed before delivery to site and the product gives 100% bond in any weather.
