Christoffel was established in Australia in 1986, as a manufacturer of PVC windows and doors, by Karl and Monika Christoffel, who had already trained and worked in one of the leading European PVC extrusion companies. Christoffel has now established a reputation for itself as being one of Australia’s leading PVC doors and windows manufacturers.
Christoffel manufactures doors and windows with varying levels of thermal or acoustic efficiency, and security as specified by its clients. Christoffel manufactures double glazed doors and windows if a higher efficiency level of thermal or acoustic performance or security is specified by the clients.
Christoffel is an accredited member of the AWA, (Australian Window Association) which conducts annual audits of the member companies before issuing compliance certificates. Christoffel is proud to state that it has achieved a 5-star rating from WERS, the Window Energy Rating Scheme.
Christoffel is the approved window manufacturer for the Aircraft Noise Insulation Programme in Sydney and Adelaide, and has been authorised by the federal government to manufacture doors and windows for this project.
Christoffel products are supplied across Australia, and Christoffel is a significant exporter to Japan and even Antartica.
