Flush-mounted window bolt
Available from Centor Architectural , the minuet is said to be the first keyed flush-mounting bolt for timber windows.
Suitable for locking casement, awning, sliding and bifold windows, at 100mm long the minuet is half the size of Centor’s forte bolt and is designed to flush-mount into the window frame with minimal visual impact.
Finishes include satin-chrome and polished brass as well as powdercoated white. The polished brass is completely non-tarnishing bright-anodised finish which is very hard-wearing and resists corrosion. Using standard Australian keying, minuet can be supplied keyed-alike to forte or harmony locks and can be re-keyed to other window locks in the house.
Although compact in design, minuet is very strong with a stainless steel bolt that engages to the sill. The bolt is specially designed to spin, further resisting external attack with a hacksaw. All fixing screws are completely concealed, giving a smooth, clean look, but also preventing attack without having to resort to the inconvenience of one-way screws.
