Applications such as furniture components, curved archways. Wall linings, cabinetry applications, partitioning, office furniture, flooring overlays and stairs.
Colours and Finishes
Raw product can be finished using a veneer. Customwood is also adaptable to high quality paint, stain, clear finish and powdercoating.
Sizes
Customwood® standard panels: available in a range of thicknesses from 3mm to 32mm. Customwood® MR panels: available in six thicknesses – 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, 18mm, 25mm, 32mm. Customwood® DIY planks: available in six thicknesses – 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, 18mm. Standard sheet sizes – 2420mm x 1215mm and 3630mm x 1215mm or make to order sizes.
General Advantages
Customwood® is manufactured from sustainable radiata plantation forests and is recommended for applications where consistent quality, smooth finish and light colour are important. Customwood also cuts and routs smoothly and minimises tool-wear. The smooth surface enhances the application of paints, veneers and overlays. All mills are fully accredited under ISO 9001, 9002 and JIS A 5905:2003 – Meets Australian Standard AS/NZS 1859.2
