Undergoing a fixtures audit, Caroma Taps (Dorf Clark Industries) assisted the hotel in choosing the Smartflush urinal and toilet suites, industry recognised as the benchmark in toilet innovation.

Caroma Taps (Dorf Clark Industries) also partnered with the owners of Defence Plaza in Sydney, ISPT and the team at CB Richard Ellis Asset Services, to retrofit the building’s entire bathroom fixtures and fittings, delivering water savings of up to 2.1 million litres per month in the first six months.
The retrofit programmes are delivered through a partnership between Caroma Taps (Dorf Clark Industries) and the building owner, with the team consulting on all aspects of the programme, including the selection of the most water efficient bathroom products.
