Cass Brothers bathroomwares gallery and design centre in the Sydney suburb of Waverley launched with a literal ‘bang’ last night as the gallery hosted the world retail launch of the seidler v and lucid collections, designed exclusively for Caroma Industries by Henry Feiner of Seidler and Associates and David Granger and Bryan Marshall of Bang Design.
The lucid by Bang Design was previewed at the Cass Brothers gallery prior to its official launch at Designex on 11 April, with the seidler v collection slated for release following its debut in Brisbane’s futuristic residential and commercial development, Riparian, which is due completion in early 2004.
The Cass Brothers bathroomwares gallery and design centre showcases cutting edge bathroom furniture from leading Australian and European designers, including Accent, Caroma, Grohe, Hansgrohe, Kohler, Parisi and Villeroy & Boch.
Products on display include avant-garde accessories, curved washpanes, and luxurious soaking baths through to frameless shower screens, free-standing consoles and wall-hung bidets and toilets. There are more than 25 bathroom installations on the showroom floor, 50 tapware and accessory boards and a functional display demonstrating how various showerheads operate when the tap is turned on.
The gallery also features the latest in kitchen basins and tapware, from integrated sinks to modern mixers.
