CSR Cemintel has announced the launch of its inaugural 9 Dots design competition, which is aimed at architects, designers, building designers and students.
The 9 Dots Award challenge is to prepare a residential design utilising a selection of key Cemintel products. Entrants must feature at least two products from the Designer Series, plus either the Cemintel Residential ExpressWall or the CeminSeal Barestone collection.
The first prize in the competition is a seventeen day architectural study tour in Europe across seven cities with award winning Australian Architect Malcolm Carver.
CSR Cemintel General Manager Drew Spiden says that the award is "the perfect platform to showcase the creativity, versatility and modern appeal when using Cemintel’s external façade products. We cannot wait to see the creation and interpretations in the various designs, which will bring to life the range of colour and texture of today’s residential market."
"This will also coincide with our new range of innovation and colour within the recently launched Designer Series range," he adds.
