According to Matt Hankin, newly appointed Marketing Manager, CASE Construction Equipment , the marketing team will be focussing on engaging with customers and implementing new ideas to deliver products that the Australian market wants and needs.
CASE Construction Equipment will include a review of the product range features and benefits, to align them more closely to the needs of the market.
As a newcomer to the industry, Matt will bring new ideas to the team. This will include a strong focus on getting out and about with customers. CASE Construction Equipment will be running events through their dealer network to know their customers and give them opportunities to feedback their ideas.
Matt’s 20-year marketing background is complemented within the CASE Construction Equipment marketing team by the company experience of existing Product Manager, Blake Irwin and the technical expertise of new Product Manager for skid steers, dozers and wheel loaders, Kevin Pritchard.
Kevin Pritchard joined the CASE Construction Equipment marketing team in August 2008 but he has been in the machinery industry for close to 30 years.
According to Matt, the two main goals for his team are to understand the needs of end users and ultimately to grow market share.
