CASE Construction Equipment  offer a four-year/4000-hour CASECARE protection package to cover their compact excavators.

According to Case Product Manager, Blake Irwin, compact excavators are often purchased by owner-operators who need to minimise risk and maximise uptime. CASECARE provides additional protection for four years, instead of a standard one-year warranty, so customers know they won’t be liable for any unexpected costs associated with their equipment.

Owners can increase the operating life of their Case compact excavators by servicing them regularly with genuine Case parts. This also improves their reliability and productivity while greatly reducing the likelihood of major failure and downtime.
If something does go wrong with their Case compact excavator, when covered by CASECARE, in many cases it can be fixed at no charge.

CASECARE is unique in the Australian construction equipment industry in that it provides protection for all components including hydraulics. CASECARE is also the only protection package that is fully transferrable between owners, increasing the machine’s resale value.

Case compact excavators are manoeuvrable, go-anywhere machines ranging in size from 1,650 kg to 5,000 kg. Designed for even the smallest and most awkward of job sites, all Case compact excavators feature zero tail swing and a centre swing boom, allowing operators to dig or operate implements directly parallel to obstacles like building foundations or fences. The hydraulically-controlled backfill blade provides extra stability, while the pilot control hydraulics are smooth and intuitive for responsive performance and low fatigue. A one-piece, swing-out side access panel gives ground line access for easy servicing and maintenance.
