Bullock MFG offer a range of insulated access doors that are designed specifically for HVAC plant room conditioner housings. Available in five stock sizes, Bullock insulated access doors provide ample open area access for personal or maintenance related equipment. Such routine maintenance would include repair to or replacement of: fire, volume, non-return, motorised smoke/fire dampers, conditioner coils and filters, actuators or pumps to Australian Standard procedures.
Bullock insulated access doors have a high quality, 1.2mm Zinc-anneal sheet construction, which is machine punched and press formed. Two piece Bullock insulated access doors are internally insulated with minimum 25mm fibreglass insulation and completely sealed using a heat welded PVC compression gasket to prevent cold bridging.
Bullock insulated access doors have a 2.5mm galvanised steel frame, press formed with welded corners for strength. Chrome plated hinges and handles help to secure an airtight seal for designed conditions.
To prevent injury, Bullock insulated access doors should always be installed to open against pressure.
