UV and weathering resistant accessories from Building Products

Building Products  distributes ultra violet and weathering resistant accessories form Ultralast. The Ultra-bond is a highly acrylic water bond, it has the flexibility and impact resistant properties on all surfaces. The Ultra-bond is ideal for application over old and new concrete, slates, bricks, plaster, asbestos, roof tiles, hard boards, chip board etc.

The ultra –seal is a water bond, used to fill cracks and joints in metal, concrete and wood surfaces. This prevents water penetration. The ultra –seal is ideal for application to metal roofs, parapets, dams, gutters, down pipes, concrete roofs, pre-cast panel and many more surfaces.

Building Products also supplies ultra-concrete seal, an acrylic water bond with low viscosity, and penetrating property. It reacts with substrates for adhesion on all surfaces. It is suitable for application over old and new concrete, slates, bricks, plasters etc. As with the ultra-paint, it acts a one-way membrane that allows moisture to escape to the surface but prevents moisture ingress into the treated substrate

Ultra-treat is a formulated product with rust-block additive used to protect all types of metal against corrosion. Ultra-varnish is a water bond acrylic, electrometric membrane that is formulated as a clear product and which provides superb sealing qualities.
