Successful Projects carried out by Building Maintenance Units
Building Maintenance Units has carried out many projects and aims at providing solutions that suit individual needs. They have supplied two special shaped cradles to the Gateway building located at Sydney. These cradles were designed using fan suction restraint which was attached to the facade of the building. The built-in crane module from Building Maintenance Units enables the gantry to rise from one level to the next one.
A dome structure building located in Sydney was also supplied with an extending jib fitted with a swelling jib head by Building Maintenance Units. It has also fabricated and installed maintenance access platforms for Centrepoint Tower in Sydney. Building Maintenance Units has also supplied walkways and fall arrest systems and anchor points to The Powerhouse Museum.
Other projects carried out by Building Maintenance Units include supplying of fall arrest system and single anchor point which was done on a warehouse roof, the Bank of New Zealand building and Brisbane International Airport, to name a few.
The head office and factory of Building Maintenance Units is located at Mona Vale where the design and manufacture of these units takes place.
