Void forming products from Builda Void Concrete Voidforming Systems

Builda Void Concrete Voidforming Systems  manufacture and distribute void forming products. These void forming products have been specifically developed for creating space between expansive soil and concrete structures. Void forming products from Builda Void Concrete Voidforming Systems are known by different names such as void forms, sacrificial void forms, sacrificial self collapsing formworks and lost formworks. These void forming products function by isolating the concrete surfaces from noise and vibrations, mine subsidence, ground movement and reactive soil. Builda Void Concrete Voidforming Systems have been supplying void forming products since 2002.

Comprehensive range of void forming products, supplied by Builda Void Concrete Voidforming Systems, includes corrugated recycled cardboard partition type panels, FormaVoid, expanded polystyrene panels and waffle pods. These products also create a temporary support platform for accurate concrete placement. This temporary support platform is capable of supporting drilled piers, pads, intermittent footings and other types of concrete structures. Void forming products absorb the ground moisture that results in strength loss of the product. This product eventually would get dispersed after setting of concrete. Void forming products, provided by Builda Void Concrete Voidforming Systems, can be used for displacing the concrete volume in a cost effective approach.
