Plaspanel® multi purpose panels are flat sheet panels manufactured from recycled plastic waste in high density polyethylene (HDPE). The manufacturing process produces lightweight panels that offer a number of distinct benefits over comparable panel products.

Colours and Sizes of the Multi Purpose Panels
Plaspanel’s Recycled Range: Off White, Beige, Oyster Grey, Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Green and Black. Other colours can be manufactured to specific order.

Sizes as follows, Sheet Size: 2440mm x 1220mm. Thicknesses: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 19mm, 25mm, 32mm.

Plaspanel are strong yet lightweight flat panels manufactured from recycled plastic using a unique manufacturing process. Almost indestructible, Plaspanel flat sheet panels offer a number of distinct benefits over comparable flat sheet products.

Acoustic properties are similar to brick so they are ideal for many applications

Plaspanel is easy to work with and can be cut, routered, drilled, welded and mechanically fixed with standard tools. All waste or leftover product can simply be separated from other materials and sent for recycling.

Plaspanel supersedes Unimould which ceased production in 2003. Plaspanel has been re engineered using the same manufacturing technique, but has improved properties and quality control processes.
