Alutri systems from Bradcore Panel Systems
Bradcore Panel Systems ’ product portfolio includes Alutri systems, which are used for signage, façade and internal applications. Alutri panels consist of a polyethylene core resistant to fire packed between two sheets of aluminium skin. The outer surface of the panel is coated with PVDF.
Alutri panels can be obtained in standard metallic and solid colours. Alloy is the skin material used for panels. The standard length of the panel is about 3200mm. The different panel thickness available includes 6mm, 5mm, 5mm and 3mm. The paint used for the panels consists of three coat system with clear coat, top coat and primer. Curved, moulded and bent Alutri panels can be obtained.
Alutri system is regarded to be suitable for exhibition stands, directional signage, display panels and corporate signage with its smooth and flat surface. Colour matching characteristics can be obtained for corporate colours.
Alutri pre-painted composite panel is a suitable construction material for variety of façade applications in commercial buildings, shopping centres and sports centres. Rout and return is the methodology used for installing the panels.
Alutri panels can be obtained in variety of thickness making it suitable for internal applications such as cladding the ceiling, columns and corners within the internal region of the building.
