Bovis Lend Lease plans to expand its business in central and Eastern Europe with a design and engineering division based in Prague.
It has recruited a three-strong management team and is now looking for eight designers.
Mark Fletcher, incoming chief executive of Bovis' Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa region, said the division's business was mainly project management, but that engineering design was a common entry point for many projects.
