Boral Timber’s Hardwood flooring products can be fitted with the RV-4 underlay system. The underlay provides tensile and compression strength and is durable, absorbing heavy loads over extended periods of time.
RV-4 is suitable for reducing the noise of foot traffic in multi-level apartments and meets the international standards of acoustic testing – ISO 140.6 and 140.8.
Boral Timber’s Uni-nail 19 mm tongue and groove solid strip flooring can be used with Boral RV-4 when installed over plywood or particleboard. Boral Timber’s Slimwood 13 mm tongue and groove strip flooring can be installed with Boral RV-4 when glued to a concrete slab or plywood.
