Autodesk, Inc., a world leader in 2D and 3D design software, has announced the accreditation of a new Value Added Reseller (VAR) in New Zealand who will specialise in Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk’s Infrastructure Solutions.
The new VAR, Team Blue22, is headed by internationally recognised trainer Robert Gadbaw and Shane Beaman, who has previously worked for an Autodesk reseller, Autodesk developer and more recently Ingram Micro, representing Autodesk as its product distribution and channel partner in New Zealand over the last 12 years.
The announcement reinforces Autodesk’s increased focus on New Zealand and follows the appointment last November of a dedicated Territory Manager based in New Zealand, Neil Allen.
Autodesk Regional Director, ANZ, Frank Sgammotta, said the appointment of Team Blue22 was an important step in helping the company enhance the delivery of its services to organisations in New Zealand operating in the infrastructure, civil engineering and surveying sectors.
Territory Manager, Neil Allen added: “We are very excited about having Team Blue22 join as our accredited VAR, particularly because of the broad experience the two leading partners bring to the table. For instance, Robert Gadbaw has built an international reputation as a trainer of Autodesk products and solutions. He is regularly involved in the global Autodesk University, a forum which promotes product research and development, and which will this year be held in Las Vegas in November.”
Allen said Team Blue22 had a unique approach to training and implementation of Autodesk solutions. “The difference with Team Blue22’s product delivery and training model is that they tailor the experience for their customers and they work closely with customers on their active projects,” he commented.
