The AUSPRAY MH752, available from Australian Urethane Systems , is a rapid curing, elastomeric, two component aromatic hybrid polyurea/polyurethane spray applied coating, designed to be applied over expanded polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, timber and other suitable substrates.
The combination of the applied coating's impact resistance and stiffness provides optimum plastic shell-like protection for expanded polystyrene foam and PU foam substrates.
The AUSPRAY MH752 has good physical properties, a Shore D hardness of 70-80, an elongation of 40% and a tear Strength of 450 ± 50pli.
The In-service temperature exposure range for AUSPRAY MH752 is from - 22°C to +120°C. The spraying characteristics of AUSPRAY MH752 allows fast application with good flow, which allows the development of an even smooth finish over suitably prepared substrates.
